Do you want to work with modern machinery and be part of an engaged agricultural team? Sjukälla AB is looking for an experienced tractor driver for its family farm in Jönåker.

About the company: Sjukälla AB is a family farm run by brothers Adrian and Albin. A total of eight employees work here with crop production on 1200 hectares and animal husbandry with approximately 3000 cattle. The farm operates both in Jönåker and Betna, where crop production consists of half forage and half grain. The machinery fleet is modern and well-equipped, including a harvester from 2022 (JD8500), two JD8R tractors, a combine harvester from 2022 (JD8090), and a 25 cubic meter manure spreader.

About the position: As a tractor driver at Sjukälla AB, you will work with various tasks within crop production and the daily operations of the farm. You will be an important part of the team and work closely with both colleagues and the farm's machinery.

Responsibilities include:

• Spreading manure with a spreader in the field
• Soil cultivation such as harrowing and plowing
• Excavation work and maintenance tasks
• Driving in grass and operating the forage harvester
• Grain harvesting with a combine harvester
• Straw transportation

Requirements:

• Class B driver's license
• Access to a personal vehicle
• Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing
• At least 2 years of experience as a tractor driver in agriculture

Meritorious:

• Class CE driver's license

We are looking for someone who:

• Takes responsibility and has the ability to drive work forward
• Is solution-oriented and understands the importance of completing tasks
• Is technically inclined and has experience with repairs and maintenance

Other:

• Employment type: Full-time with a 6-month probationary period
• Working hours: 07:00–16:00, longer during the season if needed, and 1 weekend per month
